We build the system your business runs on.

Most small companies do not have a technology problem. They have four or five good tools that were never wired together, and nobody whose job it is to make them behave like one thing. Our team does that work: the plumbing, the process and the training. So the business stops depending on somebody remembering.

Thirty minutes. You leave with a first move and a real number, whether or not you hire us.

Why it matters

The market has already made up its mind about you.

Before anyone speaks to your team, they have looked you up, judged the website, read the reviews and decided whether to bother. That happens in seconds.

83%

of people decide whether a website is credible in under twenty seconds. More than half make up their mind inside ten.

Clutch, 2025

87%

have left a website immediately because it did not look trustworthy, and 45% say the site alone shapes whether they engage at all.

Clutch, 2025

39%

of consumers have refused to visit or buy from a business specifically because it had no website. Among adults under 45 it is 45%.

How we work

Nothing gets built before it is understood.

Most of the money wasted on small-business technology is spent confidently, on the wrong thing, in the first three weeks. Our order of work exists to stop that.

  1. Understand

We sit with the people doing the work and write down how it actually happens, not how the org chart says it does.

  2. Decide

One recommendation at a time, in priority order, with the reason and the cost attached to it.

  3. Build

We wire it, test it and hand over the documentation. You own every account and every domain from day one.

  4. Teach

Short sessions by role, written procedures, and a follow-up a few weeks later when the real questions surface.

  5. Keep

Someone watches it, patches it, reports on it, and tells you what should change next quarter.

Why that order

Projects rarely fail at the end. They fail at the start.

47%

of unsuccessful projects missed their goals mainly because requirements were managed badly.

The clearest example

Speed is the whole game, and almost nobody plays it.

This is the oldest finding in the file and still the most ignored. It is also the cheapest thing to fix.

Who we work with

Small companies where the work is real.

Trades and home services, clinics and practices, professional firms, construction and light manufacturing, and the small non-profits and parishes that run on the same tools with less help.

You will recognise yourself if

  • Between three and forty people, usually
  • One or two people carrying every system in their head
  • Software bought over years, never joined up
  • No in-house IT, and no plans to hire one
  • Growing faster than the paperwork can keep up
Straight answers

Questions we get before the first call.

Are you an IT company or a marketing company?

Both, and that is deliberate. The two problems are the same problem seen from different ends. A marketing system that produces leads nobody answers is not a marketing problem. A tidy network at a company nobody can find is not a growth problem.

You can hire us for one side only. Most people start with one door and open the second later.

How small is too small?

We work with businesses from about three people. Below that, a discovery call is still worth having. Often the honest answer is a two-hundred-dollar fix rather than a monthly agreement, and we will tell you that.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Every domain, every account, every login is in your name from the start. If you leave, you keep the system and the documentation. We do not hold anything hostage, and we will not build on a platform that lets us.

What does the first month look like?

A discovery call, then a short assessment where we look at what you actually have. You get a written summary with a priority order and prices attached. Then you choose what to do first. You are not signing up for everything at once.

Is it just you?

Harmoni is a small team, and we bring in specialists for the work that needs one: a security assessor, a paid-ads buyer, a developer. You always have one point of contact who knows your account, and you are told who is doing what.

Next step

Let’s find out what should change first.

A discovery call is thirty minutes. We ask about the business, not the software. You leave knowing what we would do first and what it would cost, whether or not you hire us.

What happens on the call

  1. You talk, we listen

Ten minutes on what is actually going wrong and what you have already tried.

  2. We name the first move

One recommendation, in order of priority, with the reason behind it.

  3. You get a number

A real price range before you leave the call. No proposal cycle, no chasing.

No sales script. No obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
