Pricing on this site
Prices published here are current and are offered in good faith. They can change, and a price quoted to you in writing during an engagement is the one that applies to you. Published prices do not include third-party costs such as advertising spend, software licences or hardware, and we say so on the pricing page.
Advertising spend is paid by you, directly to the platform, and is never marked up by us.
What we do not promise
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a search ranking, a volume of enquiries, or a business result. Research cited on this site describes what has been measured elsewhere; it is context for a decision, not a prediction about your company. We say this on the pages themselves as well as here.
Research and citations
Every statistic on this site links to the source it came from. Sources are read before they are cited, and we remove figures we cannot verify, including several that are widely repeated in our industry. If you believe a figure here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it and correct it.
Ownership
The content, design and code of this site belong to Harmoni. Product names and trade marks belonging to others, such as Microsoft and Google, belong to them and are used descriptively.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We are not liable for a decision made purely on the basis of a page on it. Advice we give you under a written engagement is governed by that engagement.
