Home/Pricing
PricingEvery price, in public.
We publish what we charge because working out whether you can afford something should not require a sales process. Two families of pricing: growth systems with a build and a monthly, and managed technology as a flat monthly by headcount.
A build, then a monthly.
Four stages. Each is a complete working system at its size, not a restricted version of the one above it.

$1,500 to $3,000, and it stands alone.
If you want to know what state things are in before signing a monthly agreement, this is the right first purchase. Half to schedule, half when the report is delivered.
You keep the report whether or not you hire us for anything else, and it is written so another provider could verify our findings.
| AI receptionist | $349 a month, $500 to set up. Answers calls and messages out of hours and books straight into the calendar. |
|---|---|
| Paid search managed | $1,500 a month plus your ad spend. Spend is paid to the platform directly and never marked up. |
| Get paid faster | $149 a month, $250 to set up. Invoice sending, reminders and card payment on the invoice. |
| Wake up old customers | $1,200 once. A campaign to your existing list. Usually the fastest revenue in the building. |
Ours, at seven percent, over twelve months.
We finance our own builds. There is no third-party lender, no credit application, no early settlement penalty, and the rate is the same for everybody.
| Growth builds | Spread over twelve months at seven percent. Half down or nothing down. |
|---|---|
| Managed IT onboarding | Paid in full before work starts. It is the most labour-intensive part of the relationship. |
| Security assessment | Half to schedule, half on delivery of the report. |
| One-time campaigns | Paid up front. |
| Ad spend | Paid by you, direct to the platform. Never marked up, never handled by us. |
About money.
Why publish prices at all?
Because the alternative wastes your time and ours. If a number on this page rules us out, that is a useful outcome for both of us in the first two minutes rather than the third meeting.
Are these prices negotiable?
The scope is. The rate is not. We would rather remove something from a build than discount the work and then resent it. Everyone pays the same.
Can we mix growth and managed technology?
Yes, and many clients do. There is no bundle discount, because the pricing is already where it should be, but there is one point of contact and one invoice.
What happens at renewal?
Monthly agreements go month to month after twelve. Price changes are notified at least sixty days ahead and only at a renewal.
Do you take a share of ad spend or licence savings?
No to both. A percentage of spend rewards us for spending more, and a share of licence savings rewards us for finding waste slowly. Both are bad incentives, so we do not use either.
Let’s find out what should change first.
A discovery call is thirty minutes. We ask about the business, not the software. You leave knowing what we would do first and what it would cost, whether or not you hire us.
What happens on the call
You talk, we listen
Ten minutes on what is actually going wrong and what you have already tried.
We name the first move
One recommendation, in order of priority, with the reason behind it.
You get a number
A real price range before you leave the call. No proposal cycle, no chasing.
No sales script. No obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
