Home/Company
CompanyA systems firm, not an agency.
Harmoni exists because small companies are sold pieces: a website here, an IT contract there, a software licence somebody demonstrated well. Then they are left to be the integration layer themselves.
The gap is real and it is structural.
Marketing agencies do not touch your operations. Managed service providers do not touch your marketing. Software vendors sell you a licence and a training video. Nobody owns the seam, and the seam is where small businesses lose money.
We built the firm to own the whole thing: how customers find you, how enquiries are answered, what software the work runs on, whether it is secure, and whether anyone was actually taught to use it.
That is a harder business to run than a single-service agency. It is also the only version that solves the problem.
How we are different
- One point of contact across all of it
- Every price published, no exceptions
- Documentation and training included, not upsold
- You own every domain, licence and account
- An honest no when we are the wrong fit
Four divisions, one firm.
The divisions exist so the work has clear ownership. You deal with one team and one invoice.

Software projects do not usually fail on technology. They fail because nobody wrote down what was needed, and nobody taught anyone to use what arrived.

Part of a group of operating companies.
Harmoni is one of several companies in the same group, alongside a bookkeeping and advisory firm, a construction group, a veteran-owned government solutions company and a transportation business in formation.
That matters for one practical reason: we build and run the systems for all of them. Every approach on this site has been used on a business where the people using it can walk into the next room and tell us it is wrong.
You can see what that looks like on the work page.
Five, and they are testable.
Prices in public
Every figure is on the pricing page. If a number rules us out, you should find that out in two minutes rather than three meetings.
You own everything
Domains, hosting accounts, Google profiles, Microsoft tenants, licences, documentation. All in your name. Leaving is inconvenient for us, never technically difficult for you.
No incentives we would not want you to see
We do not mark up ad spend and we do not take a percentage of licence savings. Both would pay us for the wrong behaviour.
No guarantees we cannot keep
No ranking promises, no lead-volume promises, no revenue projections in a proposal.
An honest no
If you do not need what we sell, or somebody else fits better, we will say it on the first call. It has already happened and it will happen again.
Let’s find out what should change first.
A discovery call is thirty minutes. We ask about the business, not the software. You leave knowing what we would do first and what it would cost, whether or not you hire us.
What happens on the call
You talk, we listen
Ten minutes on what is actually going wrong and what you have already tried.
We name the first move
One recommendation, in order of priority, with the reason behind it.
You get a number
A real price range before you leave the call. No proposal cycle, no chasing.
No sales script. No obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
