Accessibility statement

Last updated August 2026. Written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

Our aim

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is a target we build to deliberately rather than a badge we are claiming. Every page is hand-built, which means accessibility is a choice we make in the markup rather than something we hope a platform handled.

What we have done

Semantic headings in order, so a screen reader can navigate the structure. Text contrast checked against AA on every colour pair we use. Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline. A skip-to-content link on every page. Alternative text on every meaningful image. No content that depends on colour alone to be understood.

Animation is suppressed entirely for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion, and nothing on the site moves automatically or plays sound without being asked.

Known limitations

Third-party embeds, most notably the booking calendar, are not fully under our control. If any of them prevents you from doing something, call us and we will do it with you directly, which is a better answer than asking you to wait for a vendor.

This statement is honest about the fact that accessibility work is never finished. We test as we build and we fix what we find.

Tell us

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, call (817) 710-3843 during business hours and we will fix it and help you in the meantime. We treat an accessibility report as a defect, not a suggestion.
