Home/Our work
Our workThe systems we have built.
We are a new firm and we are not going to pad this page. What follows is genuine: the demonstration system we built to prove the architecture, and the group companies whose systems we build and run.
Harmonzo Landscaping
A complete fictional company, built end to end, so you can click through the whole system rather than take our word for it. Site, lead capture, instant text-back, pipeline, follow-up sequences, review requests and reporting, all wired together and live.
It exists because ‘we build systems’ is a sentence anybody can write. Being able to hand you a working one, including the parts customers never see, is a different thing.
It carries two case studies of its own, North Texas Home Services and Lakeside Wellness Clinic, showing the same architecture applied to a trade and to a clinic.
What is wired up
- Full site, hand-built and fast
- Missed-call text-back in seconds
- One inbox for calls, forms and messages
- Pipeline with stages and owners
- Review requests after every job
- Monthly reporting page
Where we do the work in the open.
Harmoni sits inside a group of operating companies, and we build and run the systems for all of them. It is the least forgiving client relationship there is: the people using it are in the next room and they tell us immediately when something is wrong.
Deciphire: bookkeeping and advisory
Trade-focused bookkeeping, accounting and advisory. We run the website, the client intake pipeline, follow-up and the Microsoft 365 estate, including the identity and backup controls a firm holding client financial records has to have.
JTBSV: construction group
Custom homes, commercial work and property services. Long sales cycles and heavy documentation, which makes this the group’s test case for long-cycle follow-up and getting project paperwork out of email.
Calder Ross Government Solutions
A veteran-owned government solutions company. Public-sector work brings its own documentation and control requirements, which is exactly the kind of rigour that improves everything else we build.
Sam Barret: transportation and logistics, in formation
Motor carriers, fleet and warehousing. Being involved before launch means the systems get designed once instead of retrofitted, which is the whole argument we make to clients.
Why we build the demonstration first.
Almost half of failed projects fail on requirements, and the cost of fixing a problem multiplies the later you find it. Building it once, in the open, is how we find ours early.
of unsuccessful projects missed their goals mainly because requirements were managed badly.
the cost to fix a fault after release compared with catching it while requirements are still being written.
of projects met their original goals where requirements work was properly resourced, against 50% where it was not.
Borrowed credibility.
No stock logos, no invented client names, no case study with the numbers rounded upward. If a piece of work is not ours, or the client has not agreed to be named, it does not appear here.
This page will get longer. We would rather it grew slowly and stayed true than looked impressive in month one.
Absent on purpose
- No unnamed ‘a client in your industry’ stories
- No results we cannot show the working for
- No logos we do not have permission to use
- No award badges we have not won
Want to see the demonstration system?
We will walk you through Harmonzo on the call, the customer side and the parts behind it, and you can decide whether it looks like something you need.
What happens on the call
You talk, we listen
Ten minutes on what is actually going wrong and what you have already tried.
We name the first move
One recommendation, in order of priority, with the reason behind it.
You get a number
A real price range before you leave the call. No proposal cycle, no chasing.
No sales script. No obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
