Harmoni Growth

Get found. Get answered. Get paid.

Marketing for a small company is not advertising. It is making sure the people already looking for you can find you, believe you and get a reply before they try the next name on the list.

The idea

One system, four jobs.

Growth work fails when it is bought in pieces. A beautiful site with no follow-up. A review campaign with nowhere to send people. Ads pointed at a page that takes six seconds to load.

We build all four together and we build them in order, so each part has something to hand off to. That is the whole difference between a system and a set of services.

The four jobs

  • Be found: search, maps, service pages, reviews
  • Be believed: a site that reads like a real company
  • Be fast: every enquiry answered in minutes
  • Be counted: one pipeline, one report, no guessing
Evidence

How people actually choose a local business.

97%

of consumers read reviews of local businesses, and 41% now say they always read them, up from 29% a year earlier.

68%

will only use a business rated four stars or better. A year earlier it was 55%. The bar is rising every year.

BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey, 2026

32%

look specifically for reviews written in the last two weeks. Last year that was 20%. Old reviews stop counting.

Evidence

Speed is worth more than polish.

Two very different studies, one conclusion: the page has to be quick, especially on a phone, because that is where your market already is.

higher conversion for a site that loads in one second than one that loads in five, measured across more than 100 million page views.

Answering reviews

The cheapest advantage still available.

Nearly every consumer reads reviews, most expect an owner to reply, and profiles that answer everything convert measurably better than profiles that answer nothing.

We write the replies and you approve them. They are specific, because half of consumers are put off by an obviously canned response, which makes a lazy reply worse than silence.

89%

of consumers expect an owner to respond to reviews, and 42% are unlikely to use a business that never replies.

16.4%

Forms

Every field you add costs you enquiries.

This is the most reliably tested thing in the whole discipline. Ask for what you need to make the next call and nothing else.

We build short forms, we make the phone number a link on mobile, and we add a text option because a third of people would rather text you than do anything else.

Next step

Let’s find out what should change first.

A discovery call is thirty minutes. We ask about the business, not the software. You leave knowing what we would do first and what it would cost, whether or not you hire us.

What happens on the call

  1. You talk, we listen

Ten minutes on what is actually going wrong and what you have already tried.

  2. We name the first move

One recommendation, in order of priority, with the reason behind it.

  3. You get a number

A real price range before you leave the call. No proposal cycle, no chasing.

No sales script. No obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
