Privacy notice

When you book a call or submit a form we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your business. When you call a tracked number we record the call metadata, and in some cases the call itself, so that we can attribute enquiries correctly.

We also collect standard analytics about how this site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, referring source and device type. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anybody.

To answer your enquiry, to deliver services you have engaged us for, to invoice you, and to understand which of our own pages and channels actually work. That is the complete list.

Service providers who operate parts of our system on our behalf: our customer relationship platform, our email provider, our hosting provider, our payment processor and our accounting software. Each is bound to use the data only to provide that service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Where we manage systems for a client, we may have administrative access to that client's data. We access it only to deliver the agreed service, our access is logged, and it is governed by the written agreement with that client rather than by this notice.

Enquiry records for two years from the last contact. Client records for seven years after the engagement ends, which is the period our tax and accounting obligations require. Call recordings for twelve months.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we are required to keep it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing message with the link in it. Email us or call and we will action it.

Texas residents have specific rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we will honour a request under it whether or not we are strictly in scope.
